I am from Craig, CO. and we fish the Yampa river for big pike. Every once in a while we would catch one with a pretty good size hole taken out of the top of their body. Well we finaly ran into a fish and game warden and he told use it was from the Great Blue Heron! They would actually get a pretty nice bite out of them. Now I don’t know if that’s what happened here but it might be a thought? Keep up the GREAT shows!
